Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Retrocam mobile application (the "App") operated by Retrocam ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App.
1. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some parts of the App may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
2. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, filters, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Retrocam and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both your country and foreign countries.
3. User Generated Content
You retain any and all of your rights to any content (photos) you submit, post or display on or through the App and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We claim no intellectual property rights over the photos you take using Retrocam.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Retrocam, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
